Once you receive your email with invoice payment details payment is expected within 3-5 days. If payment is not received within 7 days from the invoice date then the order will be returned to stock and your next order may have a $2 processing fee attatched.
If you are unable to pay for any reason, then reply to the invoice/email with CANCEL in the subject line within 7 days of the invoice date and you will not be charged the late "non-cancellation" fee on your next order.

Returns

Notification of returns must be done within fourteen (14) days of postage. Contact must be made with reason for return prior to returning. All items broken or faulty will be replaced at the discretion of supplier.

Items will not be accepted after 21 days from invoice date.

We are NOT responsible for postage on returned items .
