THE CYCLE DISCIPLINES

You start the cycle with a 3-6-3 stack, see 3-6-3 discipline hold the last 3 cups in your hand And move them next to the first 3 cups.
Next you go straight from the last down stack into the 6-6 stack.
To do this combine the left 3 stack with the right 3 stack completeing a 6 stack
complete second 6 stack
Downstack first 6 stack and hold in hand, then take them to the second 6 stack and while still holding them, downstack the second 6 stack joining all 12 cups into 1 stack.
With all 12 cups in 1 stack start the 1-10-1 stack.
First set the top 2 Cups bedside the 10 stack, making sure one is upside down.
With 5 cups in one hand, 4 cups in the other hand and one cup still on the table start the up stacking.
Take the two cups which you put aside, one in each hand.Down stack the 10 stack and ending up with the 3-6-3 stack.

It does not mater which side you start the up stacking from, but you must start the down stacking from the same side.
