THE 3-3-3 DISCIPLINES

3-3-3 cups
You start with 3 times 3 cups (9)
3-3-3 cups
Start upstacking on one side eg. left or right.
3-3-3 cups
Stack up the middle (centre)
3-3-3 cups
Then stack up remaining side. All 3 stacks should now be stacked.
3-3-3 cups
Start the down stacking from the same side you started the upstacking.
3-3-3 cups
Downstack the middle.
3-3-3 cups

Downstack the last side.

All stacks should now be downstacked.

It does not mater which side you start the up stacking from, but you must start the down stacking from the same side.
